Below are a list of Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ). Please read through the list to see if your question is asked and answered here. If you have further queries, please contact the System Administrator.

 

I've forgotten my password. What should I do?

Click on the Lost your password link on the Login page. You will then be taken to another page where you will be asked for your username or email address. An email with a link to create a new password will then be sent to you.

When you click on the link in the email message, you are taken to a unique password reset page. You can then login to the system with the new password.

If you have any difficulties, please contact the System Administrator.

How do I get a Client Portal username and password?

All Corporate Pest Management clients receive their login details as they are added to the system. Please be patient while we add you to our list.

What files will I be able to download?

Corporate Pest Management clients will have access to Service Reports, Site Maps, Proposals and other documents related to your account with us.

Can I add my own files to the Client Files folders?

No. Your Client Files folders are for viewing and downloading content only. However, you can upload files to your own special folder called Your Personal Files, which can be accessed via the Hub page.

How do I communicate with you if I have a problem, or need to ask a question?

You can communicate with us from within the system using the Private Messaging feature available on your Hub page. We will be alerted by email any time you post a question, or a comment. All your messages and our replies will be retained by the system for future reference.

What is a "Hub" page?

The Hub page is the default page that displays each time you log into the CPM Portal. The Hub is really a “dashboard” of all the content that relates to your account. Each client has a unique Hub page. For a full list of terms used on the CPM Portal, check out the Glossary page under Your Pages once you’ve logged in.

How do I upload a file to my Personal files folder?

Tutorials on how to upload files, and other common tasks, are located under the Tutorials menu on every page. We will be adding new Tutorials over the next few months. Please let us know if you would like a particular topic covered, and we will do our best to meet your request.
